Adventures in the ER!

So yesterday I wasn't feeling all that hot, but took some tylenol and evenutally my headache went away. Well while I was trying to lay down, Abbey kept laying with me, it was nice to just lay and snuggle with her. But when I got up and got her lunch and after lunch she climbed in my arms and just layed there. She was so warm, Every part of her body was hot. She sat there and was crying to me and so I knew something was up, so I tried to call Mike but he was still at him meeting that was during his lunch. So about 12:30 I finally got ahold of him and said I wanted to take her to the ER, well by the time he got her she had fallen asleep in my arms, which she hasn't done since she was a baby. So I layed her down, Mike was home a little after 1. Took her to the ER, when they took her temp it was 102.7. Then I had to wait, and wait, and wait. After an hour and a half wait to see the doc, he told us we needed to get her Chest -X Rays. So they had to do that twice cause she was squirmy with the first one. I stayed in the waiting room and heard her crying!! My poor Abbey. We took her back to the doc and he said it looks like she has the start of pneumonia. Thank god we caught it so early! We got her meds and got her home and now today she is feeling so much better.


While we were there, there was another lady and her mom waiting, well when we went to go and get Abbey's meds she was telling her daughter that a lady took off in her car while holding her child. So my plea, no matter how sick you or your child is, put them in their carseat, in the back seat. Please don't ever drive while holding your child. The sp's were called and I am hoping they got to that lady! I can''t believe a mom would endanger their child that way!

I am off of my soapbox now. Can't wait for tonight going out to dinner with some friends!!

Abbey and the cat!

Abbey has been terrorizing the cat for the last few weeks it seems like! But we have been telling her and getting on her for it, but without fail she still does it, well this time the cat finally got his revenge. Houston got her head again, she has a couple of claw marks on her head. But about a few minutes later she was bugging him again! When will they ever learn.

So on Cafemom they were asking when did you start to show, I was around 5 or 6 months with Abbey. Then I went back to my pictures and remembered two years ago I was very uncomfortable at almost 9 months preggo! So we will see how long it will take before I start feeling pregnancy and when I start to show!

I hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day. We had cheese fondue, we had bread, ham and potatoes with that. Then a few hours later, well more than a few, we had chocolate fondue. Nummy!! We had angel food cake, strawberries, and pound cake with the chocolate fondue. It was awesome, we still have some of the chocolate left over!!

But I am excited I get to go to the OB on Tuesday, it seems like I have been waiting forever. I will finally get to hear the heartbeat and we should finally figure out how far along I am!!

Wierd Dream

I had such a wierd dream last night. I woke up and was like what the heck. I was almost like Reese Witherspoon in Sweet Home Alabama! I had been seeing this guy for awhile and we had a suite at most of the football games, well we broken up for some reason and I started to see this rich guy that shared the suite with us. We always bet money on the game and he always one, bought me whatever I wanted, treated me good. Well one day we went to someone's house in the woods, it was me and this rich guy and another couple. Well as soon as we got there they took the rich guy away and took the other couple too. Then one of the cop-like guy sat with me and asked me what was going on, he was like you were doing so much with this other guy and now since I have been with the rich guy I haven't been doing as well. So I sat there awhile and thought about it. I went to a friends house where they had a poker game going on and I always have a seat there, I knew my ex was going to be there, and I wanted to talk to him. So I sat down and played a few hands and then asked to talk to him, well while I was talking to him, my other friends there called up his current girlfriend and told her I was there and was talking to him. I told him that I realized I had changed that I didn't like it, I told him I realized I liked myself better when I was with him, but I also told him that I didn't want him back, I needed to spend some time with myself and sometime with my family. As soon as I got done talking with him the current chic wanted to talk to me and she told me that I couldn't have him back and that she was with him now and all that other crap. I told her the same thing I told him and she didn't believe me! Well a few days later I found myself talking to him again, and he said that there was a few things he wanted to say to me. He told me that he was glad I wasn't with that other guy anymore and that he had missed me and that he loved me and then he hugged me!

Yeah that was a wierd dream, but the wierdest part of it was, the good guy his nickname was Razorfen Kraul, for any non WOW gamers that is a instance in WOW. Yeah that was just wierd as all hell. I was like what the heck!

But I have to go cause Abbey is in the kitchen!

Pregancy

Lord this pregnancy is driving me nuts! One day I am about to get rid of Mike and Abbey, and the next day I am feeling so sick I hardly eat. Now yesterday I got so nautius that I ended up throwing up. I was in the kitchen cleaning it and something smelled awful and I barely made it to the back door...then after that I made it back to the bathroom, that didn't help much either!!

On the plus side, it is getting closer to when I have my appointment for OB soon. Mike gets a 4 day weekend soon, I am happy for that!

But I am off of here for now, need to change Abbey and get her dressed for the day!!
